Suriname's road network covers about 9,000 km, but only part of it is paved. Especially in the rainy season, many sand roads are very difficult to pass. Also, many of the creeks are clogged, preventing the water from flowing any further. Because Greenheart also uses the roads and wishes to contribute to the maintenance of the roads and creeks, Greenheart used its machine on June 7, 2021 to clear the blockage in the Pakoerikreek.
