Job Description
Schedule and organize staffing to deliver on planned production volumes
Responsible for the operational performance in your area by ensuring the production plan
is attained in the time and costs targets while maintaining high quality standards
Responsible for the traceability of the products within your area (use of raw material,
semi-finished goods and waste)
Communicate and collaborate closely with Sawmill Manager regarding the production
planMotivate and develop team members to ensure processes are followed and maximize
performance
Ensuring a safe working environment for all

Willing to work on sites in the forest
Experience in wood processing will be considered a plus
