Job Description
Responsibilities:
Sells products by implementing local sales plans.
Supervising local sales staff and performing tasks assigned to sales.
Implementing marketing strategies set by the company; execution, analyzing market trends and results.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices with the team by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, orienting, and training employees.
Monitor and report on the logistics of the inventory/delivery.
Requirements
Minimum Highschool degree or other related education
Strong oral and written communication in English, Sranan Tongo, Dutch, and Chinese or an additional language will be a plus
Willing and able to work on irregular hours
Basic computer skills (Windows/MS Excel)
Knowledge of wood and lumber product will be a plus
Independent, flexible, and reliable
A driving license is a plus
