What started as a hobby in his teenage years eventually became his job. This month we proudly present Sergio de Bies, our Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, who first worked as an electrician. With 12 years of experience, Sergio hopes to become a Maintenance Manager one day.
As an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor who is part of a division within the Production Department, Sergio needs to keep all machinery in optimal condition. After work, he heads to the gym to relieve the stress and maintain a healthy lifestyle and mindset.
Sergio likes the diversity of personnel at Greenheart, which also employs people from foreign countries. He enjoys learning to work with them and sharing skills to contribute to a successful company. For him, the main challenge is to keep his team motivated every day for better work performance.
